http://dl.caffe.berkeleyvision.org is NOT accessible now?!!

It seems http://dl.caffe.berkeleyvision.org is not accessible now. 

So when I try to download FCN related models today, I cannot access them (e.g. http://dl.caffe.berkeleyvision.org/fcn8s-heavy-pascal.caffemodel).

Anyone has the same issue?
