Can DeconvolutionLayer be used as a probe for visualization?

I find there is in DeconvolutionLayer Caffe.

And in the paper Visualizing and Understanding Convolutional Networks, DeconvolutionLayer is used as a probe for visualization.

Is there any similar function in Caffe?

I am interested in this as well, has anyone implemented the mentioned paper with Caffe?
