BatchReNormalization in caffe

Hello all, I am looking the implementation of BatchReNormalization in Caffe (paper https://arxiv.org/abs/1702.03275)

If anyone has success to implement it, please share it.

I tried to implement it but it failed, sometimes the loss rapid increasing (not happen with BatchNorm).
