Can't set mode GPU or CPU with pycaffe

Environment

Ubuntu16.04

GTX1080

cuda9.0

cudnn7.5

opencv3.4

I use caffe.set_mode_gpu() ,caffe.set_mode_cpu() ,caffe.Net get the same error.

Like the picture below

Would anyone help me to solve this problem?
