Can't run the tests in caffe-parallel version #1160

Hello!, every body. I had tried to compile the parallel version of caffe, but I found that it can make all and make test, but can't run the make runtest. The error info is that error while loading shared libraries:libcudart.so.6.5: cannot open shared object file: No shuch file or directory. I had installed the cuDNN version caffe and common caffe, they are both ok and not appear this error. Can any expert help me? Thanks in advance!

Add /usr/local/cuda-6.5 to your LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

The error still occurs, even though I run: make clean; make all; make test; make runtest. The former three command runs OK, but the forth stopped by that error:error while loading shared libraries:libcudart.so.6.5: cannot open shared object file: No shuch file or directory. And I followed your suggestion add the /usr/local/cuda-6.5 to your LD_LIBRARY_PATH by open the /etc/profile, after this I also run source /etc/profile to make this change works. But the error happen again, really strange!

I was having this problem and it turned out I was overriding my LD_LIBRARY_PATH at the end of the .bashrc

My ~/.bashrc has this line "export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-6.5/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH" and it is working fine now that I deleted the line that was overriding it.

I add the line "export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-6.5/lib64:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH" at the end of ~/.bashrc and the run sudo ldconfig, but it give me such error information: 
/sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/local/lib/libcudart.so.6.5 is not a symbolic link

I have the same problem, caffe.mexa64: libcudart.so.6.5:cannot open shared object file. And i don't know how to solve. Can you help me please. I test the solution proposed but nothing.

has the same problem I just exported the the environment variable using the following

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda-6.5/lib64/

and it is working fine

It seems that I had the same problem .
I was running the tests like this:

sudo make -j4 runtest   and it was failing looking for the libcudart.so.6.5

It was working without sudo.
make -j4 run test
