combine multiple caffe forks to one working caffe

I have seen multiple repositories that contain different layers suitable for a particular project
e.g. segnet-caffe has some layers

another repository contains atrous convolution and pooling

another contains some loss function that I need to use

...so on which are not available in BVLC caffe.

Which files should be copied from these forks into original caffe and what other things need to be done so that I am able to use all the layers in one single caffe.
