How to clip the outputs of a layer?

Hi guys,

Maybe this is already answered before, but can I clip the outputs of a layer to a certain range? 

For example, if i want the outputs to be within a range [-5,5]. How do I write a layer to handle the task? 

I know there is a threshold layer, but it outputs binary mask. Is there a better way ?
