deb-src

Hello,

When following the Installing Caffe from source portion of the instructions http://caffe.berkeleyvision.org/install_apt.html I get stuck because I don't know what to add for the deb-src line inside of /etc/apt/sources.list . Does anyone know what follows after "deb-src"? I am using Ubuntu 18.04 arm64

Hello,

Here's a suggestion for you: Don't use the official BerkleyVision instructions and sources. Their stuff is very outdated and trust me, it will save you a low of headaches if you don't use it. Your best option is to install Caffe from source. Try i.e. this guide: https://github.com/Totemi1324/caffe-installation-guide It's a comprehensive instruction to every part of software you need and includes a modified Caffe version which is updated to work with current software. Give it a shot and let us know if it worked for you and whether you got stuck anywhere!
