Incomplete signal.h header

Hi,

building Caffe, several identifier are not defined. For example, SIGHUP or  SA_RESTART.

Those identifier are defined in signal.h. I found signal.h in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Include\10.0.10240.0\ucrt

but I cannot find thos definitions. Googeling other signal.h headers, there is SIGHUP

defined.

Now, I could just copy this header, but then, other errors occure and I think, this

is not the best was.

Are there other predependencies than listed here https://caffe.berkeleyvision.org/installation.html ?
