Hey everyone,

after successfully installing caffe, I run into a problem executing the web_demo example. I get the following error:

Fatal Python error: PyThreadState_Ge: nocurrent thread
Abort trap: 6

What I did before: First I installed anaconda python. Then I installed all the dependencies for using caffe with homebrew and finally adapted the Makefile.config for my needs and executed

  1. make all
  2. make test
  3. make runtest
  4. make pycaffe
  5. my distribute
My installed python version is: Python 2.7.9 :: Anaconda 2.2.0 (x86_64)

Everything worked fine so far. So maybe someone had the same problem and knows how to solve this.

Here is my Makefile.config

# On Ubuntu 14.04, if cuda tools are installed via

# CUDA architecture setting: going with all of them.

FYI I solved this problem by uninstallIng almost every package from homebrew, set the python path to anaconda and reinstalled the packages with using anaconda python. Caffe works now.
