creating a text file with the name of the image and corresponding label

I m trying to create an LMDB file,one of the requirements of creating this LMDB file is that i need to have a text file consisting of the name of the image alongside the label number Ex:cat.JPG 2.I have more than 5000 images and im not sure how to write all this in a text file in this format.Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
