Installation Issue in Caffe [DeepLabV2]

I am trying to install the DeepLabv2 version of Caffe.

I am getting the following error on doing

$ sudo make all

It seems that the linker is not able to find libhdf5.so.10.( Or is the problem related to opencv? )

The relevant portion of the makefile is

I have installation of libhdf5 in anaconda.

Please help.
