How to Draw Multiple Curves in Caffe

Hi, I am a new player of Caffe. Right now, I need to draw some curves - testing accuracy and training error in some experiments.

Right now, I use caffe/tools/extra/plot_training_log.py to draw single curves in each figure. However, I want to draw multiple curves into the same figure.  What should I do?

Also, each time when I draw the test accuracy curve there is a weird diagonal line in the figure. I don't know how to get rid of it.
