I want to use the bilinear upsampling in the net. But I donot find the fillter in the deconv layer? is it existing?
Thanks in advance!

The deconvolution layer is like a convolution layer and its computation is determined by the parameters. For an example of how to make bilinear interpolation kernels to set the deconvolution params see https://gist.github.com/shelhamer/80667189b218ad570e82#file-solve-py
