step by step instructions to install on AWS GPU instance?

has anyone here installed Caffe on an AWS instance? 

if yes, can you please include the standard steps, or if there are any tips / tricks to get this to work correctly? 

finally, do you see any performance glitches - slowdowns in AWS instance compared to full expected performance of Caffe?

Do this first, and then follow the Caffe installation steps.

Don't install Anaconda, just go with the built-n Python 2.7 and make sure all the dependencies are pipped.
