How to use scripts\build_win.cmd to build matlab with caffe on Windows 10

Hi,

I changed the setting of build_win.cmd to suit my needs, like if NOT DEFINED BUILD_MATLAB set BUILD_MATLAB=1.

But I did not find .mex file under matlab\+caffe\private after compling. It seems not working on Windows with matlab by using build_win.cmd.

Can someone help me out?

System configuration:

Windows 10

Cuda 8

Cudnn 5

Matlab 2016a

Sorry for the misunderstanding I haven`t merged the required changes for MATLAB to work. You need to merge this PR https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/pull/4928. 

This is the next thing on my list. I will let you know when it is merged.
