Is there a way to change the learning rate while training?

I know I can change the learning rate and start from the last snapshot. But I was wondering if it is possible to change it while the training process is running.

Do you plan to implement that in the future? Maybe this feature can help beginners to gain intuition on how changing hyperparameters affects the learning dynamics.
