how to set caffe bias_filler

Hello everyone,

How to set caffe layer's bias_filler, such as in convolution layer's bias_filler, it is like:

bias_filler {

type: "constant"

value: 0

}

How to set value above. Should I just try different values and see which is best?

Are there any grounds for reasonable and rational choice?
