Concering layer_param_.has_{attribute_name}??

New to caffe, tryin' to read source code, just curious why would layer_param_ has has_{*}() function finding out whether it has certain attributes?

I have come to realization that it was because protobuf c++ that's doing the job here!!!! If you are wondering too, glad to let you know!!!
