ImportError: undefined symbol cudnnSetConvolutionDescriptor

after installing caffe python interface by

make pycaffe

make distribute

export PYTHONPATH=/path/caffe-master/distribute/python

 

when I try to import caffe in python,

it gives me the error

import error: undefined symbol cudnnSetConvolutionDescriptor

 

any ideas? Thank you.
