make runtest - Failed BatchReindexLayerTest

Fresh install and I'm running into a single failed test during the `make runtest`, the BatchReindexLayer test. Does anyone know what might cause this?

Ubuntu 16.04
Cuda 9.1.85

cuDNN 7.0.5

NVRM version: NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 387.34
gcc version 5.4.0 20160609

I hit the same error with same config (except nvidia 387.26 instead of 387.24)
Anyone solve this?
