caffe in nvidia nsight under debugging mode blocking all GPU's

Hi,

I am trying to debug caffe code and while debugging, the commands like nvidia-smi are not working and nvidia nsight IDE is blocking all GPU's.

Any leads on this would be highly appreciated.
