The fps decreased when running even the mnist model after install to test.

I have tried to reinstall the ubuntu14.04 and caffe,even I have replaced the hard disk with a new one,but it does not work...Sometimes the fps after its decrease never go back to increase unless I restart the computer.It really makes me troubled that I can hardly do anything on the computer when the it is running a model!
