make runtest Check failed: status == CUBLAS_STATUS_SUCCESS (1 vs. 0) but sudo can pass

    My PC: Ubuntu16.04 + gtx1080 +cuda8.0 + cudnn5.1

    when i run "make runtest". it fails and give following output:
