protocol buffer caused my caffe error

when I do the FCN experiment in test phase, I input the linux command " python infer.py", there are two warnings, Then I know that the version of protoc is too high, so I do "sudo apt-get autoremove libprotobuf-dev", and then I download the protoc 2.4.0 instead of 2.5.0, but when these done, the command "import caffe" can't passed. I'm so worry now, please help me, thanks.
