pre-trained weights

I should use pre-trained weights (for example, http://dl.caffe.berkeleyvision.org/fcn8s-heavy-pascal.caffemodel) in the case of a segmentation of two scores (0 background, 1 object) ????? Note that
fcn8s-heavy-pascal.caffemodel was trained for 21 classes and I have only 2 classes.
