Computing the image mean from an ImageData definition file

Hi,

I'd like to use tools/compute_image_mean.cpp to compute an

image mean file from my ImageData layer definition file,

but it only supports input from leveldb and lmdb.

Is there another tool I can use?

If not, I can create and send a PR with a Python script

providing this.
