Order of mean_value in sample train_val.prototxt

Hi all,

If anyone know this issue, please answer me.

In https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/blob/master/models/bvlc_reference_caffenet/train_val.prototxt, 

there are some mean values 

https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/blob/master/models/bvlc_reference_caffenet/train_val.prototxt

#    mean_value: 104
	#    mean_value: 117
	#    mean_value: 123

I do not know whether it is BGR or RGB order.

These values are BGR for historical reasons -- the original CaffeNet training lmdb was made with image processing by OpenCV which defaults to BGR order.
