How to Install for FreeBSD 13.1?

I read the guide on how to install but I do not have a NVIDIA GPU:

The guide only explains how to set CPU mode only for makefile builds but not for cmake.

So I would like to compile using CPU only.

when I enter:

"makefile all"

I get this error:

make: don't know how to make all. Stop

When i do "cmake .." I get this error:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:516 (message):
  Install CUDA using the above commands.

Question is, how to build without GPU?
