which is prefixed in the source directory

I want to compile Caffe-Windows.

After I used CMake to complete configure, I click generate but receive several errors, each of them all likes this:

CMake Error in src/caffe/CMakeLists.txt:
  Target "caffe" INTERFACE_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES property contains path:

    "F:/caffe-windows/dependencies/libraries_v140_x64_py27_1.1.0/libraries/include/boost-1_61"

  which is prefixed in the source directory.

So, what these errors mean? 

And under this situation, the generate still completed, can this output be used to compile?

The output can be compiled successfully.
