Caffe: make runtest error "Cannot create Cublas handle. Cublas won't be available"

Hi everyone,

I'm using Ubuntu 14.04, cuda toolkit 7.5, nvidia driver 352. 

(checking nvidia-smi and nvcc --version, the driver and the cuda toolkit version can be recognized )

I run "make all" and "make test" without error (from caffe master branch). However, i got the following error while running "make runtest"

E1215 14:50:44.925693 14420 common.cpp:104] Cannot create Cublas handle. Cublas won't be available.

E1215 14:50:44.938822 14420 common.cpp:111] Cannot create Curand generator. Curand won't be available.

F1215 14:50:44.949707 14420 syncedmem.hpp:18] Check failed: error == cudaSuccess (2 vs. 0)  out of memory

I have installed atlas through "sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev"

I have specify the path in Makefile.config

 BLAS_INCLUDE := /usr/include/atlas

 BLAS_LIB     := /usr/lib/atlas-base

However, the error still occurs.

Are the CUDA samples working for you? They are in /usr/local/cuda/samples

I had the same issue yesterday, it was linked to CUDA/NVIDIA installation issue.
