I get wrong test error after restoring snapshot

If I run:

solver.restore(snapshot.solverstate)

and calculate the test error immediately, I'll get an abnormally low one.

But if I run:

solver.net.copy_from('snapshot.caffemodel')

I'll get the same test error as I got just before the snapshot was taken.

WHY?
