So I work for a company that is looking to machine learning -- and I definitely planning on contributing and using Caffe in our work. However, I'm seeing A LOT of unmerged PR's just sitting there. It seems like the primary development team is totally backlogged. There is definitely supply of developers and demand for the product, but this project will die if no one has any ability to get their needs addressed. So I have two questions
1) Has this gotten any better, is there a solution in the pipeline?
2) Could the developers please give proven developers the ability to merge code? The bandwidth of the core team is clearly not great enough to get all the good new code in.
