mkl blas failing runtest NetTest TestFromTo

Hi There,

I am using the latest mkl (2017.2.174) and I get the following errors:

[==========] 2097 tests from 277 test cases ran. (401627 ms total)
[  PASSED  ] 2095 tests.
[  FAILED  ] 2 tests, listed below:
[  FAILED  ] NetTest/0.TestFromTo, where TypeParam = caffe::CPUDevice<float>
[  FAILED  ] NetTest/1.TestFromTo, where TypeParam = caffe::CPUDevice<double>

The software stack is the bvlc/caffe:gpu docker image running under nvidia-docker on an ubuntu 16.04 host with i7.
Atlas and openblas run all tests fine with and without cudnn. Is this considered a fatal or ignorable condition and if fatal what are
the  recommended steps?
