build Error C1083 Cannot open include file: 'cub/util_allocator.cuh': No such file or directory

I have download the lastest version of happynear/caffe-windows. I followed the instruction to install caffe. But when i'm building it. It has this error. But util_allocator.cuh is in the cub folder. Anyone can help me?
