(HELP)ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

I cant seem to import caffe from python. I followed the steps on https://github.com/BVLC/caffe/tree/windows#using-the-python-interface for python interface and still got an error.

I have added the conda channels and installed the packages and also copied the python/caffe folder to the site_packages folder of my conda.

I am using no gpu and python 3.5.5

Hi,

This is caused by PIL module. You can try reinstall pillow by pip. See this link for details. https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/issues/2945
