Problem with DeepL pro

I decided to try DeepL  pro (1 month trial) and... I broke the integration in Cafetran Espresso.

Initially, it was apparently a problem of being logged in two browsers. I was logged out of DeepL in Cafetran.  So I logged out of DeepL on the web, but nothing work anymore.

Within Cafetran, I still cannot translate. Each time I transfer a segment, DeepL tries to check my subscription details, which it cannot since I am logged out. And I cannot log-in back since the menus are different on the web and in Cafetran. In Cafetran, the top menu gives me "account" and "log out" as if I was logged-in. Of course, selecting "Account" tells me I am not logged-in.

It looks like within Cafetran I am stuck in DeepL Pro, which I can only use if I am logged in. I have no longer access to DeepL free.

Anyone experienced something like this?

Hello,

I believe DeepL Pro also gives you the API key to connect with the CAT tool. In CafeTran, you can activate and enter the API key received from DeepL.com in Preferences > MT services tab.

Thanks Igor. Unfortunately, this comes with DeepL Pro Advanced, which is 3x more expensive. For the time being I need to use the free version in CTE.

Try resetting the Preferences via the menu Edit > Preferences > the Reset button. Then the login to DeepL.com in CafeTran's web browser again.
