Hi,
I have just updated to 10.7.1 and now get an error:

Unsupported Java version 1.8.0_241 detected. Please install the latest version of CafeTran Espresso.

I guess I should stop updating mid-projects. I have updated the Java by the way.
Can you help? Is it possible roll back the update?
Thanks,
Alper

It seems I cannot get any more technical support since it has been 3 years I purchased my lisence. That was the first thing I checked and guessed as much, but I do not understand why you allow the update and cripple the software rather than warning it is no longer possible to install any updates and allow me use the software as it is. This has been really unfortunate.

I recently paid for a perpetual license, and what Alper is describing do not seem fair.

I do not regard software updates as "technical support", since they are often used to fix bugs, and maintain functionality with associated software.

I therefore request that this policy be amended to maintain customer goodwill for this useful product.

Best wishes

Peter

Hi Igor,
Dear all,

I just noted that Deepl added a new option (to select preferred translations for terms). This somewhat creates problems in the Software covering the first line in the text boxes. Is there a way to avoid this?

Kind regards

Sabine

Hi Sabine,

This DeepL new option (the sliding panel) issue appears in Java web browser component included in CafeTran. Hopefully, Java developers update the version of the web browser to correct the position of the sliding panels.

Kind regards,
Igor
