Full versus small non-breakable space

Hello,

At the moment, when in French, I type ;:!?«»%, I have a full non-breakable space inserted (U00a0). For some of them, I would like to have a small non-breakable space instead (U202f). Where do I configure that?

I am sorry if the question was already asked or is in the documentation, I cannot find it.
