What happens - and how to fix this

Why does the text being suddenly placed on the wrong side of the segment - and how the heck do I get it back to normal??

Hi,

To change the text orientation, please use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+O. You may have pressed the shortcut by accident.
