Unable to upload source document

Hi all,

I am new to Cafetran Espresso. I have downloaded it and was eager to try it out but I am unable to upload a document to translate. All I get is a blank screen with that little "Choose file" window which does not even have a drop-down menu, all I can do is either press OK or the red X button on the upper left corner, which leads nowhere.

What am I doing wrong? I have searched on the Internet for a clue but have not found anything... Please help!

Hello Laura,

It looks like you are trying to upload the unsupported document format - probably iWork's Pages document. If you wish to translate this type of the document, first you need to convert it to Pages 09 in Pages.
