Hi Everyone,

Summers are for lounging, a dip in the water. They are for rereading the book that made an impact in your teens, or the classic you always wanted to dive into. Summers are for late night walks and new ice cream flavors. They are also for the occasional cultural event. It's a good thing then that occasional is the exact frequency with which we are offering them:

You are still welcome to storytelling in the Mezrab every Wednesday (open mic) and Friday (curated) and in the Other Mezrab every Friday (de Wittenstraat 27 / some curated some open mic)

We also have two Queer storytelling nights coming up, it is Pride season after all! The first is Tuesday July 22, in which the stories will have a focus on the struggles our communities still face in our various homes. The week after, July 29, we will celebrate with queer stories of pride!

In the summer we are also quite happy to offer you storytelling courses. There's a three day intro course happening next week (July 25 - 27) taught by the amazing Fernando. For information about this course, and all the other courses and dates, have a look on: www.mezrabstorytellingschool.nl
