Comedy tonight and Fer is on a Deadline!

Hi everyone,

Holy Moly, I just saw the private try out of our friend Fernando Rodil's show Fer is on a Deadline. What an absolutely hilarious and poignant show about life, love and death. I had bellylaughs I didn't have for a while. You might know Fer as one of the Mezrab hosts or one of the teachers of our school. Come and see him shine on stage at the Bellevue on Thursday (try out) or Friday (premiere). Here's more info and tickets.

Now, in the Mezrab we have something every day this week!

- Tonight, our comedy open mic. Come laugh and support new acts! Entrance is free, but donations appreciated.

- Tomorrow (Tuesday) we welcome you for the Pearls on a String. The lovely night in which storytelling meets improv and music! This edition is hosted by Rod!

- On Thursday we have the absolutely dreamy Tunisian folk band Broua. Click on the link and be mesmerized (and buy your tickets now!)

- Saturday is party time with Beats Kebab ! Live music from Macedonia and DJ set! Come for sweaty moments not to forget!. 

- Then the week ends on Sunday with Tell, Then Show. This is a special night in which Karl, the co-director of the Mezrab, invites friends and strangers on stage to share thoughts and memories. A storytelling jam if you will.

Karl is also the driving force behind the Mezrab Book which is out now! He edited and designed all submissions of our storytellers. You can buy this book online here, Or just come on any day and buy it in the Mezrab. But especially Sunday Karl will be very happy to hand you a copy himself.
