Queer storytelling tonight and Reminders

Hi everyone,

Just in case you're not checking the website everyday, here's a reminder of what's happening in the Mez:

- Tonight there's another Queer storytelling night. You are very welcome!

-  This Sunday (Aug 3) we are organizing another New Harvest Night. On this night we challenge three artists to create longer storytelling pieces. A small symbolic ticket price is charged which all goes to the artists. Look at this line up and get your tickets.

- On Saturday Aug 9 we will host another summer comedy night. Here's tickets!

- Sunday Aug 10 is the date for the next Mezjam. You are welcome to listen or to bring an instrument and join! Entrance is free, though donations are appreciated.

- On Saturday Aug 16 we bring you a Cumbia disco night! Featuring Cumbia legend Rolando Bruno and his full band Grupo Arevalo! For this night we have regular tickets, student discount tickets and de-flation tickets for those who can't afford either. Go to the event page for more info, links to trippy videos and tickets.

Now, something exciting, This year Mezrab is invited to tell stories at the Boulevard Festival in Den Bosch. So if you are coming down South, swing by! Some days are in Dutch, the others in English. All info here: Dates are between August 7 and August 11. 

Finally I'd like to let you know about the new dates and workshops we have added to the Mezrab Storytelling School roster! The new courses include a day long intensive which results in you telling your story in front of a public and a new course I am developing and teaching myself on October 17, 18 and 19: Telling tales for Children.
