I'm in the Mezrab tonight!

Hi everyone,

Hope you are enjoying the summer that decided to descend like some mythical beast on our backs! Now we can live like lizards! Cultured lizards to be sure, as even in boiling weather there is great art to be consumed: 

- Tonight we have another exciting Tuesday Storytelling. It's the Pearls on a String night which I host myself. Come to see how we take stories, add a dollop of improv and even some poetry from the heart! It's a free night, specifically for our community! Doors open at 19.00, event starts at 20.00.

- This Thursday the amazing international comedian and Mezrab programmer Lara Ricote plays the solo show she's been touring around the world! There's still (some) tickets. Grab them while they last:

So, few more things, it's good to know that while some of you go to far off places we are here for the ones staying behind. The summer programme might not be as full as the rest of the year, but we still have plenty, like the monthly Comedy night continuing in July and August. It's also good to know that in July and August our events start mostly at 20.30 instead of 20.00. 

And finally, I'd like you to know that for the next season we want you prepped and educated in the techniques of storytelling, which means the Mezrab Storytelling School will continue to offer courses!

- The Professional Course, which is a 5 month deep dive into this amazing art form starts in the first week of September. We have many students who have signed up.
