Easter Breakfast Needs

Hi all, I did a pantry check on Sunday and found nothing from the previous year.  This means we'll need everything on the list that was previously pending.  Syrup.  Salt and Pepper.  Pancake mix.  The updated list so far.  Silk Road has decided to contribute $25 so anything that is left over I will pick up, but let's try to fill this list out in the next couple of days.

2 Gallons milk -
250 brown-and-serve sausages - Kathy Wolfe
Eggs -- 15 dozen -- Kwang Oh
Spray oil - 3 cans -- Sarah Stoneham
Fruit salad to serve 125 --
5 gallons OJ --
Napkins - 125+ - Rena Ceron
4 pounds butter -
3 bottles of Syrup --
3 lbs regular coffee -- Rena Ceron
Salt and Pepper --
Paper plates - 125
Paper cups - 125
Plastic silverware - 125 set
Aluminum foil - 2 rolls -- Sarah Stoneham
Electric griddle - 1 or 2 -- Kwang + 1 that was in kitchen.

Hi all,

I dropped my items off at the church office on Wed. after the noon service since I won't be there for Easter. (coffee + napkins)

Sorry, I forgot to let you know earlier. My grandmother fell earlier this week, had surgery and she died yesterday morning. The past few days have been a little crazy! She was 97 and pretty amazing, but the past few years were challenging for her. I know she is now at peace.

I gave my items to Jonni on Wed. and they are labeled so it's clear they are for the Easter breakfast.
