Hi all,

Direct copy from last year.  Easter Breakfast discussions need to start.  For those of you who are new, we do this every year and proceeds go to Missions.  The below list are items that we need and once assembled, are prepped hours before the second service to be served between services.  Lets start checking things off.  As usual, I will spring for the eggs!


8 boxes "just add water" pancake mix (or I think 2 of the Big Bags of
Krusteaz at Costco) -
3 Gallons milk -
250 brown-and-serve sausages -
Eggs -- 15 dozen -- Kwang Oh
Spray oil - 3 cans -
Fruit salad to serve 125 --
4 gallons OJ --
Napkins - 125+ -
4 pounds butter -
Syrup -
3 lbs regular coffee --
3 lbs decaf coffee --
Salt & Pepper - 4 sets
Paper plates - 125
Paper cups - 125
Plastic silverware - 125 set
Aluminum foil - 2 rolls
Electric griddle - 1 or 2 --

The fruit salad above last year was made with (or substituted with other fruits):

7 pounds of grapes
6 pounds of apples
4 pounds of strawberries
4 15 ounce cans of mandarin oranges
8 20 ounce cans of pineapples

I will pony up for the brown and serve sausages – (just like last year – taking a cue from you)

And as a side note, Matt and I will actually be out of town that weekend, so we won't be able to help with the food prep and service. We will just drop off our items at the church earlier that week.

Looks like we have everything covered but the syrup (and an extra griddle)….strong work!
