因换工作需要搬家，现转租Sunstone Apartments小区1bedroom/1bathroom公寓。最早可以10月28号入住（时间可以具体再商量），合同2018年2月28号到期，之后可续租。房子在二楼，面积703英尺（65平米），目前租金每个月878美元（若从物业直接租住，房租是每月954美元）。

室内有冰箱、烤箱、微波炉、洗碗机、洗衣机和烘干机。若需要，可以将室内家具（Queen size床，书桌，餐桌，椅子，沙发，电视，书柜，立灯等）优惠转让或赠送，让您拎包入住，免去置办家具的烦恼。

Sunstone小区的优点大家应该都知道。附近有多趟免费公交车到UNC（D，G，CL，DX，F）和400、405去Duke，距离公交车站走路6分钟。可步行到各种超市（Harris Teeter, University Mall, Whole food, Trader Joe’s），Planet Fitness健身房，Silverspot电影院，银行（Wells Fargo, Bank of America），药店（Walgreens）和邮局。

Due to job change, I would like to sublease one bedroom/one bathroom in the Sunstone Apartments at Chapel Hill. The room is available on October 28(move in date is negotiable). The current lease will end on February 28, 2018 with an option for renewal. The apartment is on the second floor. The total size is 703 square feet.

1. Condition: The apartment has microwave, refrigerator, oven, dish-washer, washer and dryer. You have the option to purchase the furniture with big discount (queen size bed, desk, dining table, chairs, futon, HDTV, bookshelf, and floor lamp) or you can take some of them for free, so you don't have to bring your own furniture. 

2. Bus route: D, G, CL, DX and F to UNC campus and 400, 405 to Duke campus. 

3. Location: Walk distance to Harris Teeter, University Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Planet Fitness Center, Silverspot movie theater, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Walgreens, and post office. Five minute walk to Battle Branch Trail (great for walking/running).

5. Rent: $878/month (you have to pay $954 per month if you are renting with the lease office) plus electricity, water and gas. The utility per month (electricity, water and gas) is running between 40 and 65.
