I have created the google form to recruit volunteers on April, 29 ( the whole day).

If you can share this google form with those who want to be volunteers, that would be perfect.

The location is in Hunt Library, therefore, it would be convenient to live nearly by for it will start at least 8 Am .  To avoid any incident, we wish the more the better, around 15.

Hi Kun,

Thanks for the question.  The Chinese Language contest this time is designed for American students (non-Chinese descendants, there are 200+ attendees ) as I learned.     They need a lot of volunteers to help out the event.  I think the high school students should be okay since 04/29/2017 is on Saturday. 

However, I will let Dr. Yu to answer your question directly.
