What are the current issues with the forklift, and how much does it get used?

I'd like to take a look at it and figure out if it just needs a tune-up, and figure out if it would make any sense to do an electric conversion.

Although I'm thinking a better approach might be to find an old broken electric forklift and repair it, rather than take apart a mostly working piece of equipment.

I'd be happy to talk with you about your awesome ideas post Arts on Chicago installation which is insanely demanding right now.  I'd lost my mind if I distracted a brain cell right now.  Hold tight:)
